A panel of experts including Rufus Friday, former Tri-City Herald Publisher- now in charge of a large homeless shelter in Kentucky, Chris Patterson, former HUD administrator- now providing homeless services in Spokane, Dr. Patrick Jones, Eastern WA University statistician, and LoAnn Ayers, United Way President in Kennewick will be addressing this issue from different angles.
