The Director of the Behavioral Health Services at Bellingham Public Schools, Chris Cochran, and 42nd district State Representative, Alicia Rule, will discuss current behavioral health problems and services in the school district, and will also discuss legislation, both recent and pending, that pertain to school-based behavioral health.

Their talks will be followed by a Q&A session. The meeting will be recorded and posted to the Bellingham/ Whatcom County League's website a few days after the event.
