A Birthday party to celebrate 1the 100th anniversary of the formation of the LWV and the passage of the 19th Amendment to the Constitution and the Grand opening of the ICHS Special Exhibit—"Women's Suffrage in Washington State" At 3:00 a "Cake Cutting Ceremony" with Presentations and Proclamations from the Mayor of Coupeville and the Island County Commissioners. Special Recognition of Local Elected officials.
